Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship across Canada and are working on expanding to more destinations soon.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address.

While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, weather, or courier delays. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, CUE is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe something isn't right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
