Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear
If an item doesn't meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept the return.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale:
- Tights
- Earrings and hair accessories
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size? If it's available, we're happy to exchange it. If not, we'll issue a refund once your return has been received and approved.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we've made a mistake with your order or the item arrived damaged.
In-Store Returns
Purchased online but local to Kelowna? You're welcome to return or exchange eligible items in-store.
Please try on leotards over undergarments. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns that show signs of wear.
